Orders
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your purchase details. We recommend checking that the shipping address, email address, and selected products are correct before completing payment.
If you have made a mistake in your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help you, although we cannot guarantee changes if the order has already started processing.
Production and preparation
We work with a print-on-demand production system. This means that each product is specially prepared for you once the order is placed.
This process helps us avoid overproduction and create products more consciously. For this reason, preparation times may vary slightly depending on the product and destination.
Shipping
Estimated delivery times are shown during the purchase process. These times may vary depending on the destination country, product availability, the shipping company, and possible external delays.
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information if available.
Exchanges and returns
As our products are made on demand, we do not accept exchanges or returns for wrong size, change of mind, or incorrect product selection.
However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the problem. We will review the case and find a solution.
Sizes
We recommend reviewing the size guide before placing your order. Each product may have different measurements, so it is important to check the information available on the product page.
If you are in doubt between two sizes, we usually recommend choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit.
Payments
We accept the payment methods available on the Shopify checkout screen. All transactions are processed securely through the platform.
